Privacy Policy
During your visits to www.PioneerIP.com website or its social media pages and forums, and your use of the PioneerIP services, some personal and non-personal information is being collected by or on behalf of  PioneerIP. This Policy governs the rules applicable to our collection, protection, storage and disclosure of the information collected at the website.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy (Policy) the following terms shall have their corresponding meanings:
“You” or “User” means any user or visitor of the site, whether visiting, browsing, reviewing Site’s content, purchasing or using any of its services. If the use of the Site or purchase are done on behalf of a minor, “User” shall include both the minor and their legal guardian;
“Company”, “We”, “PioneerIP” means PioneerIP, and any of its holding, subsidiaries, associated and/or related entities, entities with the same controlling interest (whereas controlling interest means ownership of 15% and more of the controlling shares) and their respective directors, employees, subcontractors and agents;
“Site” means
www.PioneerIP.com and any of its internet subpages and PioneerIP mobile app and any social media pages whether owned or operated by or on behalf of the Company.
“Service” shall have the definition provided in the Terms and Conditions for the Site.  

A.   Collection of Information 
1.    Personal information is defined as any identifying information about an individual or group of individuals, including name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, social insurance/security number, nationality, gender, health history, financial data, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, assets, debts, liabilities, payment records, credit records, loan records, opinions, and personal views. 
2.    Business information is defined as identifying information of business, including corporation name, operating and/or business name, jurisdiction of incorporation, address, phone number, e-mail address, industry in which the corporation operates, financial data. Unless expressly distinguished in this policy, where the reference is made to a Personal information it shall include Business information as well.  
3.    Transaction information includes all the information that the User submits to the Company while purchasing the Services, providing its feedback to the platform and otherwise processing the Services with the Company.Transaction information may include, in addition to personal and business information, payment information, search input, description of the User’s business, development plans, field of operations and other information that theUser or the Company deem relevant for the Services.  
4.    Collection of personal identification information: the Company may collect personal identification information of the User during their visits of the Site or purchase of its services, submission of a personal and/or business information, filling in various forms, and the use of the Services offered at the Site.Company collects only personal information that was voluntarily submitted by the User during their visit or use of the Site purchase of our Services, or other interaction with the Site. We do not “mine” or use other concealed means of collection of personal information of the User, except as might be requested by the User as a part of the Services.  
5.    Any personal information provided by the User during registration and submission of their information to the Site for the provision of theServices may be collected by PioneerIP and by the payment service processors (PSP) for the sole purpose of providing the Services offered by PioneerIP, effectuating the transactions and provision of technical and customer support there after.   
6.    Company also collects various types of non-personal information such as types of device, connection, country of origin, IP address, internet service provider and any other non-identifiable information that the Company deems at its sole discretion as required for its operations.   

B.   Use of Information.  
1.    Company uses personal information of the User for the following purposes: 
a.    To analyze and process User’s information in order to allow provision of the Services offered by PioneerIP.  
b.    To enable efficient and professional customer support and resolution of issues and disputes;  
c.    To ensure and enforce User’s compliance with the Terms andConditions, this Policy and other policies that the Company may publish from time to time.  
d.    Any personal information provided by User when using the Services is being used only to provide such Services and any subsequent support for the service. The Company shares any personal information only with the parties and to the extent necessary to process the payment or provide the Service. 
e.    To send periodic emails. All Users are asked to opt-in into email list of the Company and have the right to opt-out at any time. Opting out of the mailing list could be done through a link in any of our emails or using theSite’s opt-out form.   
f.     User’s email address that was provided during order processing will be used to identify the User, coordinate their search for service providers, provide them with updates and supporting information and company’s regular communication and newsletter. It may also be used to respond to User’s inquiries or requests.  
g.    The User acknowledges that a substantial part of the Services is being provided by or depends upon the use of AI powered automated search engines. The User will submit its initial information as well as various feedbacks and search adjustments requests to the AI powered search engine, which will utilize the information provided by the User for the purpose of providing the Services as well as improvement and continuous learning of its search algorithms and processes.  
h.    The Users hereby authorize PioneerIP to exchange User’s personal information in the furtherance of the Services offered by PioneerIP, including with various third party providers that might be used for the limited purpose of providing the Services to the User.   
2.    Company uses non-personal information for the following purposes: 
a.    To personalize and improve user experience. 
b.    To collect and analyse usage information and to understand usage patterns and preferences of the services and resources provided on the Site. 
c.    To improve the Site, its content, services and various functions.  
d.    To improve offered services and products. 
3.    Use of personal postings, stories and testimonials. Company retains the right to use and repost various personal postings of the Users and its clients for marketing and promotional purposes. Such information, posted by aUser, which may contain personal information of a User, will be reposted by theCompany making its commercially reasonable efforts to avoid direct disclosure of the User’s personal identifiable information. The User have the right to request the Company to edit its posts in a manner that will not include any personal information of the User.   

C.   Use of Cookies 
1.    Company uses “cookies” at the Site and any of the social media pages. By entering the Site, User agrees for the placement of cookies at their browser and for collection of various non-personal information by the cookies.  
2.    Every User has an option to prevent use of cookies and deletecookies at the end of browsing session within their corresponding browsers. IfUser chooses not to allow the use of cookies or deletes them at the end of thebrowsing session, this will not prevent the user from using the Site or any ofits services, although some of the services will require manual entry ofadditional information by the User and some of the general functions of theSite might be limited.  
3.    The Company may use non-personal information collected by cookies at its sole discretion for various purposes in order to improve User’s online experience, for analytics, marketing, and other purposes.  
4.    The User further agrees to the Company’s use of the non-personal information collected by the cookies, whether for the Company’s benefit, for improvement of the Site functionalities or for any other purpose as the Company deems fit. The only remedy available for the User, except for the options described above, is to stop using the Site or any of its services.  
5.    The use of cookies is governed by our Cookies Policy located at cookies@PioneerIP.com  

D.   Sharing Users' Personal Information 
1.    The Company does not share, distribute, sell or otherwise provide User’s personal information for any third party or organization, except for the limited disclosure for third-party providers for the purpose of providing theServices, or as might be required by law.  
2.    PioneerIP may share User’s information with various third party providers for the sole purpose of providing the Services. All our service providers comply with the  Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and implement privacy and security information procedures at least as strict as provided herein.  
3.    The Company may share and distribute, including for the marketing and advertising purposes, any non-personal information that is not linked to any particular user and does not contain any personal identification information.   

E.   Protection of User Information 
1.    The protection of the User’s personal and non-personal information from unauthorized disclosure is our foremost priority. The Company has various protection mechanisms that protect information from disclosure and provide us with timely warnings in a case of any attempted unauthorized access or disclosure.  
2.    Despite our efforts, the attempts to get an unauthorized access, theft or distribution of the User’s personal information are a constant and on-going concern. Should any of these attempts succeed, the Company will immediately inform any user affected by the breach, will submit any statutory privacy reporting(s) and will implement any means of protection, prevention and mitigation of the results of such breach that are business reasonably available to the Company.  
3.    The Company will appoint a privacy officer to be responsible for the application of this policy, protection of the personal identifiable and non-identifiable information and prevention of unauthorized access and distribution of the Users’ personal information. The Privacy officer will communicate with the Users in any case of unauthorized disclosure making all the reasonable attempts to mitigate the consequences of the disclosure and to reduce its extent.  
4.    Notwithstanding the provisions contained herein, the User here by releases the Company from any claims, demands, complaints or other legal and/or administrative proceedings arising out of or in connection with the known or unknown breaches, theft, disclosure or distribution of the User’s personal and non-personal information.   

F.    Compliance with the Law For the Users accessing PioneerIP.com from Canada or North America:
1.    This Policy is intended to comply and fully correspond to the requirements and limitations imposed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where there are conflicting or contradicting conditions or discrepancy between this Policy or PIPEDA, PIPEDA shall prevail and govern the situations to which such provisions apply.  
2.    The User has the right to request deletion, removal or correction of their personal information. The Company will comply with such requests in accordance with the provisions and regulations of the PIPEDA. Where the Company determines, at its sole and unconditional discretion, that it would be unfeasible or reasonably impossible to make any requested changes, the Company retains the right to completely delete User’s personal information from its database, following which the Company will be deemed in compliance with the provisions of PIPEDA. 3.    All information is being collected, used, stored and protected by PioneerIP in compliance with the provisions of the General Data ProtectionRegulation (GDPR). The Company has put in place all technical and organisational measures in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.  
4.    Any requests for changes or deletion shall be delivered to the Company’s Privacy officer at
privacy@PioneerIP.com  

G.   Binding Nature  
1.    By using the Site or the mobile app, User agrees to and fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions contained herein, including without limitation, the release and limitation of the Company’s liability.  
2.    By entering the Site or using the Services, the User agrees that they have read and understood the provisions contained herein. The User is responsible to review and verify that they have read the version of the Policy in force at the time of their visit.  
3.    If the User disagrees with this Policy, Terms of Use or any other legal document published by the Company, their sole remedy is to immediately stop using the Site and/or the mobile app. 
4.    This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the Site and release from or limitation of the liability provisions contained therein shall apply to this Policy in full force and effect.
