Product & Search Capabilities
What types of patents do you work with?
We currently support U.S.-granted patents and pending applications. More jurisdictions will be added soon!
What data sources do you use?
We search the live internet (World Wide Web) in real time every time you launch a search. We do not search static patent databases, because infringement happens in the real world – not just in databases.
Can I search for multiple patents at once?
Yes. Our bulk search feature allows you to perform efficient portfolio analysis.
Do you provide claim charts?
Yes. PioneerIP generates claim charts from your search results. You select which result(s) you want to support with a claim chart, and the system produces an element-by-element mapping for review and export.
Pricing & Access
How do you charge for the service?
We charge per search, with each search analyzing one independent claim.
What pricing options are available?
We offer both subscription plans and search packages, giving you flexibility based on your workflow and volume.
Can I get multi-seat access for my organization?
Yes. We support multi-seat access for teams and organizations.
Security & Privacy
Does PioneerIP store my search queries or results?
No. PioneerIP does not store traceable user data. Your search inputs and results are used only to run your search and return results to you. Feedback used to improve the system is not linked to user identity.
How is my data protected in transit and at rest?
All client connections and internal communications are protected with SSL/TLS encryption, and data volumes are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Are my searches visible to third parties or shared externally?
No. PioneerIP does not share user information, performed searches, or search results with any third party.
Who at PioneerIP can access my searches and results?
Access is restricted and controlled. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client inputs and outputs, and we do not use them for anything other than providing the service to you.
Are requests to external data sources linked to my identity?
No. All inquiries and API requests to external data sources are anonymized.
Do you follow recognized security and privacy standards?
Yes. We proactively strengthen our cybersecurity posture and adhere to high cybersecurity and privacy standards and frameworks to protect data entrusted to us.
Do you use customer data to train your AI models?
PioneerIP learns from feedback to improve, but does not correlate feedback with user details and does not store traceable user data.
Ethical AI & Responsibility
What is PioneerIP’s approach to ethical AI?
At PioneerIP, we believe that powerful technology carries an equally powerful responsibility. As we build and integrate AI into our products, we are guided by a clear ethical framework, one that places human dignity, fairness, and accountability at the centre of every decision we make.
Fairness
We actively work to identify and reduce bias in our AI-powered engine, ensuring our technology serves all users equitably, regardless of background, identity, or context.
Transparency
We communicate openly about when and how AI is used in our products. Users deserve to understand the systems that affect them, in plain language, not technical jargon.
Human dignity
AI at PioneerIP is designed to augment human capability, not replace human judgment. We will never deploy AI in ways that dehumanize, deceive, or manipulate the people we serve.
Accountability
We take ownership of the outcomes our technology produces. When something goes wrong, we investigate, we learn, and we act, not just in policy, but in practice.
Privacy by design
Privacy is not an afterthought. Our engine is built from the ground up to collect only what is necessary, protect what is held, and respect every user's right to control their own data.
Social responsibility
We consider the broader societal impact of the technology we build, from environmental footprint to economic inclusion, and hold ourselves to a higher standard than compliance alone."
We don't use AI because it's expedient. We use it because, when developed responsibly, it has the potential to create genuine and lasting value for the people we serve."
